My work is grounded in the belief that when people understand their values, strengths, and unique ways of learning and leading, they are more productive, happy and overall feel more fulfilled in life. As a professional learning facilitator with 26 years of experience as an educator, my focus is on educator well-being, leadership development, and capacity building. Through collaborative professional learning, I support individuals and teams to build self-awareness and confidence, strengthening both the individual and the team. My strength as a facilitator is in my natural ability to the create space for reflection, dialogue and skill development that supports personal growth and team or organizational effectiveness.

I lean on my passion for creating engaging, welcoming, and purposeful personal and group retreats to provide valuable and impactful experiences. I am a detail-oriented, organized, calm, and supportive facilitator. My retreats have included intentional connection building, reflective processes, gentle yoga for all levels and guided meditation. I have gathered friends, colleagues, book clubs, non-profit organizations and those who want to celebrate a birthday or honor a loved one in a celebration of life.
